The design draws from the heart of the trade union movement: voices that unite to be heard. Long, closed corridors were broken open to create places where dialogue could flourish. Speech bubbles became spatial interventions : breakout points, display panels, and open zones, giving every message visibility and weight. This is not a stage for a few, but a platform for all. Just as Esther Lynch leads with conviction and humility, the architecture embodies solidarity: spaces that listen, connect, and empower.
