On a single floor, SMILE orchestrated the workplace for 3 distinct companies. The challenge: to integrate Complidata (AI & risk management), Gang Content (creative video production) and NOIA Capital (alternative finance & blockchain) into 1 coherent and inspiring environment.
Smart, shared workspaces for tech, finance & media innovators
Rather than 3 separate projects, we created a multi-tenant floor concept. A refined, functional and connected workplace. Each company has its own identity, while benefiting from a shared ecosystem designed to encourage efficiency, focus and exchange.

The design is built around 3 pillars:
– Distinct identity : signage and materiality express the DNA of each company.
– Comfort & acoustics : phone booths, meeting rooms and technical treatments ensure focus and privacy.
– Refined functionality : bright workstations, versatile meeting spaces and informal corners that support collaboration.
The result: a sophisticated multi-tenant floor, combining technical excellence, acoustic comfort and timeless aesthetics where technology, finance and media professionals thrive side by side.
