Founders Arne De Jonck & Jonas Jorissen are convinced that workplace synergy is key for Jorissen & De Jonck’s successes. Entering the Jorissen & De Jonck floor you immediately feel the spirit. You immerse into a space where everything happens. Besides working, meeting, gaming, eating, drinking, and creating, they organize parties, and other events. The J&DJ bar, in which you can lounge, catch-up, phone or do touch down work is the central place. It’s an open space that is separated from the more quiet areas with work desks, consultation areas, meeting rooms. Switching from one place to another is effortless; everything is at a short distance and one can always see if something is busy. In this way, every employee can find his or her own workflow.
