We redesigned the offices of EFPIA (European Federation of Pharmaceutical Industries and Associations) to combine the flexibility of hybrid meetings, the efficiency of cutting-edge technology and the well-being of employees.
The project includes meeting rooms, seamlessly integrated technology and dedicated relaxation areas. Ergonomic design and carefully selected materials ensure comfort and performance. The result is a dynamic, forward-looking environment that stimulates innovation, collaboration and wellbeing.
Designed for influence, comfort, and connection
From the custom-made conference table for 40 people to the discreet audiovisual systems, nothing has been left to chance in order to promote high-level dialogue. The overall layout of the site combines functionality and comfort to reflect EFPIA's role as a trusted partner for health in Europe.
Concept
Designed for collaboration and productivity
Our mission for EFPIA was to design a space designed to welcome international delegations, inspire teams and embody the stature of a leading European federation.
Every square metre has been carefully optimised to highlight what really matters:
• Meeting rooms suited to strategic discussions;
• A custom-made boardroom table for 40 people, designed for comfort and concentration;
• Integrated, high-performance audiovisual systems;
• Acoustic solutions designed to ensure confidentiality.
We have also designed a functional, refined, modern and welcoming dining area to accommodate members and visitors. The EFPIA's identity permeates the premises discreetly but meaningfully. The bespoke furniture, noble materials and fluid design lend functionality and coherence to the whole.
